Like The Wind
Heh. You know how my Momma puts food and water outside for the visiting kitties? Well lately there has been a scraggly rogue raccoon helping himself to the food and water.
My Momma brings in the food at night but the water stays out there all the time and the darned raccoon just loves to muck it up by washing his feet and stuff in it. Just today my Poppa cleaned out the waterer really well because it had been really gross!
Tonight my Momma looked outside and the raccoon was back! Mucking up the water! My Momma raced outside and the the raccoon went through the broken slat in the fence and stared back defiantly at Momma as if to ask, "Yeah? What're you going to do since you can't get me now?"
Momma raised up the SuperSoaker and blasted the raccoon squarely in the snout with a strong stream of water. The raccoon was so shocked he froze and my Momma was able to blast him again. The raccoon turned and ran with the wind on his heels and water raining down on him.
That'll teach him to mess with my Momma.

Excellent job Ginger's mum!

We get raccoons around here even without putting food and water out. They are good little scavengers.

We have raccoons that wash in our birdie bath.
Hey we looked at your web cams, but don't see you. You must be napping, I guess.

I think we need a Super Soaker, too...or maybe just your mom! My bro must have some raccoon in him--he washes his icky feet in our water bowl!

Go SuperSoaker Totin' Momma! That'll teach the raccoon a thing or two. I wouldn't want to cross her.

Oooo ... A Super Soaker sounds like somethin' Mom should use on the super-sticky an' noisy little beans who ride their Big Wheels up an' down the public walk after 10 PM each night. Hmmm ...
